Stravaig Sauna is located a short 15 minute drive from Howe of Torbeg. A gorgeous hand built wooden sauna in the Scottish countryside, with panoramic picture window views looking out over Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms.

Louise & Stuart at Stravaig ensure everything is set up and ready to go for your arrival. There is a private changing vestibule available beside the sauna.

 

Use the cold shower or immerse yourself in the plunge tub between stints and let the hot-cold therapy work its magic!​​​
